It's all about the Water Exercise increases your core tiemperature. The higher your core temperature the more blood that is going to the skin and the less that is carrying oxygen and nutrients to the muscles. Keep your core tmemperature down by drinking lots of water before, during, and after your exercise. Sip, don't gulp. Drink water as cold as you can. Don't drink flavored drinks since they slow the absorbtion of fluids in the intestine. |
