Forums
Forums can be very useful to the individual looking for information to help them in their quest of body transformation. Topics will range from nutrition, cardio exercises, fat loss, muscle growth, recipes, and so on. If you have a question about your body posting it ina forum will get you an answer. In fact you will get a lot of answers.
That is the beginning of the potential problem with forums. The variety of answers can become confusing and may not actually be the best suited answer for you and your particular body. Everyone will have an opinion.
The other problem that happens when enrolling in a forum is it becomes a social network site for some people. Too much time is spent posting in the forum and not going to the gym or working out.
Used properly though, the forum can be an asset. Below are three that I highly recommend,

Most posts on this forum seem to be in the topic of building muscle. More about building muscles than losing fat. The members are typically older, and there are topics that they warn can be offensive. IronMagazineForums.com |
